The most famous school for Americans in Shanghai
As the headline says, Shanghai American School (SAS) is the most famous (and definitely oldest) school for Americans coming to Shanghai. Established in 1912, this school has a history of more than 100 years and been important for American expats coming to Shanghai during a long period of time.
SAS has to campuses located in Shanghai:
– Puxi campus (on the “central part of town”)
– Pudong campus (on the “wrong part of town”)
All classes are done in English, but more than 30 nationalities are represented at the school.
