Shanghai international school for Singaporeans
Shanghai Singapore International School is an international school in Shanghai with two campuses: “Minhang Campus” is a campus built for the older students and “Xuhui campus” is a campus for the younger children.
The school was founded in 1996 and have a wide spread of nationalities. Wikipedia says that the general composition of the school is:
– 20 % Singaporeans
– 20 % Koreans
– 10 % Taiwanese
– 7 % Americans & Canadians
– 5 % Europeans
– 38 % from ´all around the world´
The students are divided into different classes based on their English level. The ones with a poor English level will be put into something called “Intensive Support Programme” (ISP).
